Our office hours are patient-oriented and we are available for emergency services. Because communication is important, we will advise you of treatment needs and expenses in advance, even assist you with your insurance filing. We are here to serve you so please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any matter. We welcome new patients and appreciate any referrals we might earn.

Appointments
Because we strive to make each experience with our office unique, we still prefer to speak personally with all our patients. If you would like to email us to request an appointment, please do so and someone will call you to set up an appointment time that is mutually convenient. The difference between mediocre and excellent dentistry is often only a matter of scheduling enough time for excellence. Dr. Roberts wants to spend all the time it requires with his patients.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Lake Oconee Center For Dental Health does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
